Richard E. Simmons III
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Richard Simmons spent 28 years in the insurance business before founding the Center for Executive Leadership in December 2000, where he currently serves as Executive Director. He works exclusively with businessmen, assisting them with the development of their faith through formal Bible studies, teaching and counseling. He has spoken on a variety of issues including dealing with man’s struggle to find God and follow Jesus Christ as a disciple. Simmons has authored two books: Remembering the Forgotten God: The Search for Truth in the Modern World (1993), and Safe Passage: Thinking Clearly About Life and Death (2006).
